History of Holcomb Law, PLLC

Founded in 2025 by attorney Rob Holcomb, Holcomb Law, PLLC represents individuals, businesses, and contractors across Texas, with a focus on construction law, business litigation, real estate disputes, and other commercial matters.

The firm’s roots trace back to 2009, when Rob Holcomb began practicing law with Knolle, Holcomb, Kothmann & Callahan, P.C., a firm known locally for its strong representation of clients in the construction industry. Over the years, Rob has continued to advocate for many of those same clients, building lasting relationships grounded in trust and results.

In 2019, Rob expanded into the field of alternative dispute resolution, mediating and arbitrating a wide range of civil matters. He has also served as an arbitrator appointed by the Texas Comptroller’s Office to resolve property tax disputes, having handled hundreds of these matters statewide. That foundation helped shape the efficient, solution-oriented approach that defines Holcomb Law, PLLC today.

Rob has had the pleasure of working alongside his father, Don Holcomb, since 2009. Holcomb Law, PLLC is proud to have Don serve as Of Counsel to the firm. With over 50 years of legal experience, Don provides invaluable insight and mentorship that continue to shape the firm’s culture and client-first philosophy.
